USA.gov is the U.S. Government’s official portal written with you in mind.  This definitive website for government information provides access to over 51 million federal, state, local, and tribal governmental web pages with more pages added everyday. 

With USA.gov, you can find information on practically anything from Social Security, taxes, grants, education, health, housing, and much more.  USA.gov is one of the few places where you will find a link to everything, even tribal information. Best yet, the site and links are easy to use - no need to learn government jargon.
