Ithaka S+R Faculty Survey

This guide presents data gathered from the 2018 Ithaka S+R Local Faculty Survey fielded by the A-State Library

Actions Taken

As a result of the Ithaka S+R Local Faculty Survey, the Library now offers two new services for faculty:

  • Reading List and Course Text Support -- Librarians can determine access to readings and texts, help disseminate that information (BlackBoard embed, etc.), and work with faculty to purchase ebooks to use in courses.
  • Predatory Journal/Conference Guidance -- Not sure about the quality of a journal? Think it might be predatory in nature? We can examine the journal using several tools available to us to determine the quality and credibility of a journal or conference you're interested in.

Contact us at, 870-972-3208, or via our 24-7 chat service on the Library's Home Page for more information on these new services.
